Welcome to Lytton Park
Located in North Toronto, Lytton Park is a small neighbourhood between Yonge Street and Mona Drive (only a few blocks west of Avenue) and between Lawrence and Briar Hill Avenue. Originally designed around the Metropolitan Street Railway it was soon discovered that Lytton Park had prime residential potential.
What it's like
Appeal towards this neighbourhood has never waned, even today homes are in high demand and do not stay on the market for very long. The homes are predominantly Georgian and Tudor Style built from 1890 to 1930. Lately, many of these homes are being renovated.
The Neighbourhood
This charming neighbourhood is home to John Ross Robertson Public School, Havergal College and sits just north of St. Clement's School. It is a very family friendly community with beautiful parks and a high walkability score.
Along with a rebirth of newer homes comes new businesses. This vibrant community is bursting with great restaurants, excellent shopping and convenient accessibility to transit and throughways.
